Key Responsibilities: Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents required for visa applications. Accurately prepare, complete, and submit visa application forms for various countries (student, visitor, business, work, etc.). Review client files to ensure all documents meet embassy/high commission/consulate requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, embassy procedures, and immigration regulations. Coordinate with clients to resolve missing or incorrect documents before filing. Schedule appointments with VFS/embassy/consulate and prepare covering letters as required. Maintain proper filing records, client databases, and case tracking systems. Provide guidance and updates to clients regarding application status.
