Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration services, and scheduling appointments with our counselors. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a basic understanding of immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Explain immigration and visa services clearly and persuasively.
• Understand clients' needs and provide basic guidance or route them to appropriate counselors.
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and feedback.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
• Handle initial client queries and direct them to appropriate channels.
• Keep updated with immigration rules and visa regulations to ensure accurate information delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
