Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective or existing client to provide information about products/services. Handle inbound calls, address client queries, and offer timely solutions. Maintain a positive, professional tone while interacting with clients. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team when required. Record details of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the system. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance metrics. Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department. Maintain an updated database of client information. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Strong listening and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle client objections and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred). Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
