Job Introduction: Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Outreach Call potential blue-collar candidates (security guards, supervisors, ex-employees, referrals, and job seekers) to explain job roles, salary, and benefits. Use company databases, job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing. Follow up with interested candidates and schedule them for interviews or direct onboarding. Screening & Shortlisting Verify candidate details (age, experience, location suitability, and background checks). Ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria as per company policy. Address candidate concerns and convince them to join G4S. Database Management & Documentation Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Ensure all necessary documents (ID proof, police verification, etc.) are collected and processed for hiring. Target Achievement & Coordination Achieve a minimum of 60 hires per month (earn incentives for additional hires). Work closely with field recruiters & HR teams for seamless onboarding.
