Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and nurture leads.
  • Conduct B2B sales conversations that clearly articulate product benefits, technical features, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical insights, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development efforts and strategic outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, warm calling strategies, and outbound calling best practices.
  • Ability to understand technical products or services and communicate complex concepts clearly to clients.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, business development, and marketing coordination.
