Key Responsibilities:-
Call and engage with leads to understand their needs.Pass on lead information to the aligned teams for follow-up.Maintain organized records and follow up through CRM.Ensure smooth communication with clients, providing professional service.Meet performance targets, including lead conversion.
Key Requirements:-Fluent in Bengali (mandatory), English, and Hindi.Smart, confident, and professional demeanor.
Experience working with CRM software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
