Job Description

We are an MNC at Kirti Nagar and seeking a proactive intellectual mind and detail-oriented Telecaller cum Data Collector & Analyst to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in telecommunication, online data collection, research, and analytical reporting, along with proficiency in PDF and document management tools.

This role involves a blend of communication, research, and technical skills — ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, interacting with people, and organizing information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term, positive relationships with doctors to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective doctors to take order/complaints
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure doctors are happy with products/services and their overall experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services based on doctor’s needs.
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits (dog/cat products)
  • Work closely with the sales team to help identify potential leads or new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Perform internet-based research using search engines, databases, and online directories.
  • Collect, validate, and organize data into structured formats (Excel, Sheets, or CRM tools).
  • Analyze data trends, prepare summaries, and assist in creating analytical reports.
  • Edit, merge, annotate, and format PDF files and documents for internal and client use.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in MIS reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
  • Excellent research and internet navigation skills (Google, LinkedIn, business directories, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.
  • Sound knowledge of PDF editing and conversion tools (Adobe Acrobat, Small PDF, Nitro, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM software, lead management systems, or survey tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good typing speed and comfort with digital documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field (preferred background: BBA, B.Com, BA, Data Analytics, or Marketing).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
