Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term, positive relationships with doctors to enhance loyalty and retention. Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Answer incoming calls from prospective doctors to take order/complaints Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure doctors are happy with products/services and their overall experience.
