Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller, located in Gurugram. The TeleCaller will engage with potential and existing customers via phone to provide information about our loan services, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The TeleCaller will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, building positive relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
