We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller (Male/Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and client interaction. Freshers who are eager to start their career in sales, marketing, or customer support are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain our company services (website development, digital marketing, software solutions) to potential clients.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills in English or Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
• Confidence and patience while talking to customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above.
• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Training will be provided for selected candidates.
