Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell loan products to potential customers through telephonic interactions.
• Handle loan process, including , client interaction meetings, documentation .
• Collect customer documents as per company guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update and manage client records accurately on the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in loan sales or financial services preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and sales processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
