Role Description

The Telecaller role at ApexAegiis is a full-time remote position. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, explaining services linked to digital advertising, and addressing client queries. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, scheduling follow-up calls, ensuring customer data accuracy, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will focus on fostering meaningful client relationships aimed at assisting the business in achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections, persuade, and build rapport with potential clients
• Prior experience or understanding of digital marketing services such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads is beneficial
• Time management and organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or related software to track calls and manage client information
• Confidence to work independently and deliver results in a remote work environment
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or client outreach is a plus
