Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team in Paisaone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales and service team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain customer records in CRM/software. Follow up with customers for feedback or conversions. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required. Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM). Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Prior tele calling, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage.
