Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, and sharing details about the company's services. The role includes engaging with clients to resolve issues, providing updates, and maintaining a record of interactions. Identifying customer needs and effectively communicating solutions will be an essential aspect of the daily responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a single point of contact for onboarded apartment owners through inbound/outbound calling.
  • Provide post-sales support and handle client escalations promptly.
  • Educate clients on new plans, features, and offers introduced by NoBroker.com.
  • Drive upselling and farming opportunities by promoting better plans and additional benefits.
  • Ensure renewals of client subscriptions to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by leveraging client referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates to the internal team.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi and English preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client queries effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
