Job Title: Telecaller Reports to: Team Lead/Manager Department: Sales/Customer Service Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services. 2. Generate sales leads and convert them into sales. 3. Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. 4. Meet sales targets and performance metrics. 5. Update CRM software with customer interactions and sales data. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Requirements and Skills: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong sales and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. 5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: 1. Experience in telesales or customer service. 2. Knowledge in healthcare.
