Job Description

About the Role:

Team Lead Tele Sales (Term Insurance, Intent Profile)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a Telesales team (410 members) focused on
Term Insurance – Intent leads
.
Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
Monitor and improve tele calling metrics such as:

Talk time & Call connect ratio
Conversion from lead to appointment
Attendance & adherence to schedules
Quality & compliance parameters

Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions to keep the team motivated and aligned.
Ensure effective coordination between the tele-calling team and the field sales associates.
Manage MIS, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share actionable insights with the management team.
Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to customer-related or process-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in team handling within a
call center/telesales environment
.
Strong knowledge of
telecalling key metrics
and performance management.
Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and call monitoring tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidates preferred
.
Prior experience in
insurance telesales
will be an added advantage.
High energy, target-driven, and customer-centric professional.
