Job Description

As a Tele Sales Representative for one of Zepcruit's clients located in Byculla East, Mumbai, your primary role will involve conducting in-bound calls to potential clients and customers in order to promote the products and services offered. You will also be responsible for managing and nurturing leads through follow-up calls and emails, with the aim of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. It is essential to maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in our CRM system, while also providing excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-bound calls to potential clients and customers to promote products and services. - Manage and nurture leads through follow-up calls and emails. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system. - Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns.
