Job Summary:The Business Development Manager (Dermatology)is responsible for managing and expanding the company's pharmaceutical sales in the dermatology segment. The role involves leading and developing a sales team, onboarding and handling stockists, driving B2B sales, building strong relationships with doctors and hospitals, and ensuring ethical sales practices. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of dermatology products and the ability to drive business growth in this specialized segment. This role demands strategic planning, excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on data-driven decision-making to establish TNS Pharma Pvt Ltd as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management & Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales and business targets.Conduct training and provide guidance to enhance team performance.Set and monitor individual and team goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.2. Stockist Development & Management:Identify and onboard new stockists to strengthen the companys distribution network.Maintain strong relationships with existing stockists and resolve any operational challenges.Conduct one-on-one meetings with state-wise and city-wise Stockist & Distributor to strengthen relationships and address their concerns.Ensure stock availability, timely supply, and payment collection from stockists.3. B2B Business Growth:Develop and implement strategies for expanding business-to-business (B2B) sales.Identify potential corporate clients, hospitals, and institutions for large-scale sales.Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence in the market.4. Dermatology Product Sales & Promotion:Develop expertise in dermatology products and their applications.Meet dermatologists, cosmetologists, and hospitals to promote company products.Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in dermatology.5. Ethical Sales & Compliance:Ensure that all sales and promotional activities adhere to ethical guidelines and industry regulations.Promote dermatology products in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.Monitor and address any compliance-related issues in sales and marketing practices.6. Market Research & Business Strategy:Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.Identify business opportunities and new market segments for dermatology products.Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, sales performance, and product positioning.7.Reporting and Performance Analysis:Generate detailed reports on sales performance, and distributor & Stockiest activities.Use insights from reports to recommend and implement improvements in strategies and operations.You’re Directly reporting To Our Respected Managing Director.Qualifications & Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in B.Pharma & M.Pharma, B.sc & M.Sc. MBA In or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.Proven track record of creating and managing franchise and distributor networks.Strong understanding of dermatology products, market trends, and competitor strategies.Proficiency in data analysis and Advance Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.Ability to travel extensively across India.
