Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with an international BPO background to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales attitude. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
Working Hours : 10.15am - 7.15pm
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively handle objections and close deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations.
Minimum 3 5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Strong sales negotiation and persuasion abilities.
HSC and above
