Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads.
Clearly and convincingly explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Accurately record call details and sales outcomes in the CRM system. Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism. Collaborate with the sales team for closures and feedback.
6 months to 1 years of experience in tele calling or telesales (preferred). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in one of the following regional languages is required: Kannada, Telugu, Marwari, Gujarati.
Hindi must be spoken as a second language.
