We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Representative with proven experience in an international BPO environment to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Position Details

• Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
• Location: Byculla East, Mumbai
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective international customers to promote and sell company products or services.
• Generate leads and successfully close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns and other sales channels.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales scripts, processes, and conversion strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively handle objections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• HSC or above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
