Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and availability to clients.
Maintain an accurate customer database and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and ensure seamless communication.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions while maintaining a professional and courteous approach with clients.

Job Requirements

Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills.
Prior experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented with good knowledge of the local property market.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong convincing power and ability to build relationships with clients.
