Job Summary

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote YNM Safetys products and services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and pricing details effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and product knowledge during all client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills

    (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
