Job Description

Role Overview: As a Driven Sales Professional at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. Your main focus will be on cultivating relationships with decision-makers, addressing their needs, and demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. A customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service, and offering tailored solutions will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Explore target markets and identify new leads - Contact property contacts to present company offerings - Engage with customers using sales scripts, understand hotel operations, and efficiently resolve queries - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of telesales experience - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati - Willingness to work in the US shift - Proficiency in lead generation and effective communication and presentation abilities - Solid understanding of IT products in the hotel operations domain - Ability to follow sales scripts and successfully close deals - Strong relationships building skills, negotiation skills, exceptional customer service, time management, resilience, and target orientation - Possession of a laptop and reliable internet connection for effective job performance.,
