Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Your goal is to drive revenue growth by generating new business and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
Promote and sell products/services effectively through phone conversations.
Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Follow up with leads and close sales in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing .
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
