Role & responsibilities

smart and confident Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to promote our projects.
Explain details clearly and answer customer queries.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during all calls.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English,Kannada and Hindi.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
