Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Dubai from India.
  • Generate and qualify leads across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Pitch products/services effectively and tailor communication to client needs.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for client engagement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of telesales experience, preferably with Gulf/Dubai clients.
  • Strong

    communication and pitching skills

  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage client interactions professionally across time zones.
