Job Title: Telesales Executive Dubai Market Location: India (Calling for Dubai clients) Experience: 2 – 5 years Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to handle outbound sales calls targeting clients in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, pitching products, and closing sales across B2B and B2C segments . The ideal candidate should have experience working with Gulf or Dubai clients, excellent communication and pitching skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Dubai from India. Generate and qualify leads across B2B and B2C segments. Pitch products/services effectively and tailor communication to client needs. Follow up with potential clients and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for client engagement. Key Skills & Requirements: 2 – 5 years of telesales experience, preferably with Gulf/Dubai clients. Strong communication and pitching skills . Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to manage client interactions professionally across time zones.
