Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Pune . The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably within the life insurance industry . You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote our insurance products, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote life insurance products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi . Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation. Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelors degree (or equivalent). 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the life insurance sector is highly preferred.
