Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and databases.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, volume potential, and budget.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and interactions.
  • Offer solutions based on customer requirements, including customization options.
  • Prepare and present quotations over the phone or via email.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms within authorized limits.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle inquiries, provide after-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and conversion metrics, and provide market and customer feedback to the sales and marketing team.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of printing and packaging products.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in tele sales, B2B sales, tele marketing, and telemarketing is preferred.
  • Industry: Cargo / Freight / Transportation / Packaging / Shipping / Logistic.
  • Qualification: B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, Post Graduate Diploma, M.A, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com, M.Sc.
