Role: Tele Sales (Life & Health Insurance)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shift

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life & Health Insurance Plans.

• Understand customer financial and health protection needs to recommend the right products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms with clarity and confidence.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically. 

Requirements

• Graduate with excellent English communication skills.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.

• Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.

• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
