Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele-Recruiter. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through calls or online channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate relationships. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment databases, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves promoting the organization’s values and roles effectively to potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing through various platforms and resume screening
  • Organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Experience using recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is a plus
  • Knowledge of different job markets and an understanding of employment laws and practices is an asset
