Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The individual is responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the offerings and staying updated on market trends to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications

Strong Sales, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills
Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Organizational, Time Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve sales targets
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to manage sales pipelines and communication
Experience in sales or related roles is preferred
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals is an advantage
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle challenges professionally
