Tele Marketing Executive

You are a results-driven Tele Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, tele calling, and lead generation within a BPO/KPO environment. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, execute cold calling and cold emailing campaigns, and present the features and benefits of Fabriclore's products and services to prospects. You must have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to converting leads into customers. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies is crucial. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, maintain customer information in the CRM system, and address customer inquiries effectively to drive conversions. Strong multitasking and time-management skills are essential for success in this role. To be successful, you should possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and email campaign platforms. A proactive, customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle objections effectively are also necessary.
