Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor, located in West Bengal, India. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for assisting potential students with course information, guiding them through the enrollment process, and addressing their queries. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to prospective students, following up on inquiries, providing detailed information about courses, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Tele-counselor will play a key role in helping students make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of educational courses and industry demands
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Previous experience in tele-counseling or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
