Tele Counselor

As a Client Interaction Counselor, your role will involve conducting inbound and outbound calls to provide information, advice, and support to clients. You will handle inquiries and concerns with empathy and confidentiality. Additionally, you will assess client needs and goals to develop personalized action plans, helping them navigate available resources. It will be your responsibility to maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and information, ensuring effective follow-up to track progress and ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with other counselors, sales teams, or admissions teams will be essential to enhance service quality and achieve goals. Meeting and exceeding targets for enrollments, sales, or other performance metrics will be a key aspect of your role. Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and program offerings will also be crucial for success. Your qualifications and skills for this role will include a high school diploma as the minimum education requirement, with some positions possibly requiring a bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology or counseling. Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or counseling is often preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities, are essential. Active listening, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and professionalism are also crucial skills for this position.
