Department: SalesPosition: Sales Executive1. Role DefinitionPrimary Role: Act as the face of the brand/company. The primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by adhering to the organization's terms and conditions.Secondary Role: Understand client needs, engage them effectively, guide them through the app process, and resolve their queries to ensure 100% smooth client satisfaction.2. Core & Supportive Responsibilities (Deliverables)Sales & Lead ManagementConvert meetings/calls into sales by engaging leads generated through the app.Conduct test drives and personal demonstrations.Do not oversell or over-promise.Customer Service & SupportRespond to client queries within 24 hours by understanding their needs.Help clients understand app operations and solve any app-related queries.Build good professional relationships with clients and prospects.Team & AdministrationCoordinate with the finance and insurance teams/partners to ensure smooth transactions.Support the backend team with the required client and team information.Prepare daily and monthly reports for yourself and ensure the team's reports are ready to present to management.Attend internal training for professional development.Performance & TargetsAchieve monthly targets for related verticals.3.
