Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.3. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.4. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.5. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior team members.6.
