Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-collections Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Tele-collections Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team. This includes setting targets, training team members, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to improve collection rates. The role also involves handling escalated customer calls and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership skills required
• Experience in tele-collections or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management review
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
