Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, maintaining customer information, providing product or service details, conducting follow-ups, and scheduling appointments. The Telecaller will also update records and work collaboratively to meet targets.

• Experience in customer service and telecalling roles
• Ability to maintain detailed records and manage schedules
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
