Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven expert Tele-caller to join our real estate sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing real estate projects, answering inquiries, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: 1-5years of experience in sales Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from provided databases or lead generation campaigns. Explain real estate products, services, and projects clearly and persuasively. Respond to customer inquiries regarding properties, pricing, and features. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call logs and customer information. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone on all calls. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, financial, consultantany, automobile sales or any services industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability. Fluent in English, Hindi, regional language]. Familiarity with basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
