Job Description

Telecalling Executive

Job Overview: Handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, support sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements: 1–4 years in telecalling/tele sales/customer service with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain product features, offers, and benefits effectively.
  • Record and update customer details in CRM.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain call quality and achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead closures.

KPI: Daily call volume, conversion ratio, lead-to-sales closures, customer satisfaction, CRM data accuracy, and timely follow-up rate.
