Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Executive to promote and sell our IT solutions and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in IT products, and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote IT products and services.
  • Explain technical solutions and their business benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer data and call records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with the manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales—preferably in IT solutions or software sales.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Better understanding of IT products, software solutions, or cloud technologies (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy and experience using CRM or MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
