Position: Telecaller (Female Candidates Only) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred; Freshers are also welcome Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: Handle both inbound and outbound calls to interact with potential and existing clients Introduce EK Engineering's products and solutions effectively over the phone Understand client needs, answer queries, and resolve basic issues professionally Provide accurate, up-to-date information about our offerings Generate, qualify, and track potential leads Manage client objections with confidence and professionalism Maintain detailed call records and update client information in the CRM/database Follow up with leads to nurture long-term relationships Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor activity Adhere to compliance and data privacy standards during all client interactions Share client feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills: Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 1–2 years of experience preferred in telecalling, customer service, or related roles Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach Ability to actively listen and empathize with client needs Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment Why Join EK Engineering?
