Role Description

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Qualifications

·       Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales. 0 to 2 years (Freshers can also apply)

·       High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or marketing are a plus

Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

·       Handle inbound queries and provide proper assistance.

·       Maintain and update customer database/CRM.

·       Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.

·       Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.

·       Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

·       Report daily progress to the team leader/manager.

Skills Required

·       Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).

·       Good convincing and negotiation skills.

·       Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
