Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / telecalling, preferably in IT or SaaS products.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil (mandatory).
• Confidence in engaging with clients over phone and video meetings.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
