Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-caller specializing in Recovery Calling, based in Raipur. The Tele-caller will handle debt recovery-related calls, ensuring timely and polite communication with clients to resolve outstanding dues. Responsibilities include keeping accurate records of calls, understanding client concerns, negotiating repayment plans, and providing solutions to address payment issues. The Tele-caller will work collaboratively with the finance team to meet performance metrics and adhere to company policies and legal compliance standards.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
Proven negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve recovery goals effectively.
Proficiency in record-keeping, data entry, and basic computer applications to maintain accurate client communication logs.
Understanding of debt collection practices, procedures, and compliance guidelines or a willingness to learn.
Proactive problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
1-3 years experienced.
