Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, explaining the organization's services, following up on leads, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves addressing customer queries, providing relevant information, and achieving daily call targets to support the organization's growth and objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Tamil Language mandatory
• Ability to effectively explain and promote services
• Experience with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using telecommunication software and CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a telecaller or related field are a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the customer service or telemarketing sector is beneficial
