The Digital Marketing specialist will be responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition. They will use a mix of organic and paid digital channels to deliver measurable results aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms to generate qualified leads. - Develop targeted content and offers that resonate with the right audience to improve conversion rates. SEO & Website Optimization - Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive inbound leads. - Optimize landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms for maximum conversions. Content Marketing & Social Media - Create and manage engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, ads) tailored for lead generation. - Manage social media platforms to increase engagement, build communities, and attract prospects. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration - Set up email sequences, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows using CRM/marketing automation tools. - Work with the sales team to align lead qualification and handover processes. Analytics & Reporting - Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Insights, etc. - Present clear reports with insights on ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and lead quality to management. Market Research & Strategy - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation. - Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and evolving lead-gen strategies. Desired Skills and Qualifications - Strong knowledge of *performance marketing* (PPC, display, retargeting, paid social). - Hands-on experience with *SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics*. - Proficiency in *CRM systems and marketing automation tools* (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar). - Excellent communication and copywriting skills for creating high-converting campaigns. - Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and take data-driven decisions. - Creative thinking combined with a results-oriented approach to drive lead generation.
