We are looking for a Real Estate Tele-calling Executive(Work from Office) to join our team at IFY Realtech based out of NOIDA. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
?Fluent in English and Hindi
?Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft excel
?Good knowledge of Noida and Delhi NCR geography
?Excellent communication & convincing skills
?Strong in social media promotion
?A self-starter and challenge taker
?Experience in real estate sector will be an added advantage
?Calling on leads received from various platforms.
?Understanding customer requirements and solving their queries.
?Fixing appointment/site visits and passing on the feedback to field sales executives.
?Keeping a databaseof leads and feedback received from the customer.
?Arranging follow-up calls and taking ownership of lead closure.
